Amanda's Other Birthday Gift

One of the other gifts I created for my friend Amanda's birthday is this ice cream cone.  Amanda loves ice cream cones, and when I saw this template, I knew I had to get it for her gift!  I filled the ice cream cone with her favorite flavors of Jelly Belly Beans.  The template can be found by Andea Wahlford:

I scored the lines w/ the Scor-pal, and I used the Martha Stewart Drippy Goo Punch.
